When i took the airtel broadband connection with a limited usage plan i.e 555 with 2GB usage free they told that i will be charged only if i use the dsl but they r charging me if my modem is on and i m not using my system or even if i dont switch on my system i m charged wen i called the customer care the told me that i have to pay even if i have not used

and one more is that i m not getting my origenal bill copy except 2 monts till day of my connection if i ask them they are tell ing that i have recived and they tell they will prove that i recived the origenal bill
