The online phone system asks you to enter all customer details (landline phone number) and the call center personal ask you for the same information again. When I mentioned that I had already entered this information, they mentioned that it is not available for them.
It's so counter intuitive to harass the consumer by asking for this information in the first place.
Whoever is responsible for this system, should definitely be ashamed of building such a lousy system.
