Dear Sir,
Its been 1 week since i complaint about airtel broadband that they are not disconnecting the connection at my home. Then i got call from their side that now we are disconnecting and it will be disconnect after 2 or 3 days. But now i am recieving calls from their end that a request of continuing has been forwarded by me which is false and now they are making nuissance and are not disconnecting the connection. Please look into the matter and urgently disconnect my connection. The airtel broad band number which is to be disconnected is 01724372423 and my mobile no. is 9216400223.
