Good morning!

I have new book airtel broad band connection on13-07 and paid deposit Rs.1000/- (Under Receipt No. VEL000016959 dt.13-07-09) application no. VE0005752.

Still I have not yet received connection. I have call so many times in your vellore office & Chennai office

about the matter. they could not take any step.

I have booked service base only. but the service is very worst. I have lost my time & money.

so, kindly take action in this matter.
