This is to inform you that the Airtel Sales executive has taken the cheque of Rs 1000 (One thosand Only) from me and have not provided any Airtel Broadband services. NOw, the cheque of RS 1000 has beeen debited from my bank account no 1557355 on 5th aug and no refund is been given to me. The Airtel Sales executive told me that I will get the refund os Rs 1000 in form of cheque of HDFC bank by the Airtel and now it is almost 15 days that I am waiting for the cheque and the person is saying that the cheque is with the courier company.
