Sir,

We are the students of sjce hostel mysore, we are using airtel

broadband connection number 08214268329 owner name: Bharath. S.Kanth

sjce hostel room no.m-29.We were sharing from their connection. The

connection was disconnected for non payment of bill, we asked for new

connection but in airtel office they told its not possible to give new

connections in our location. So, we asked for reactivation of existing

connection they told its possible after paying due bill, we paid total

bill of Rs.2440 in cash. They have given the reconnection papers and

told that within 3 days the line will be active but when we went to

submit the form they said some technical problems and connection

cannot be provided. We havnt recieved the bill papers also. We were

misleaded by the company, so please do help us and provide connection

as we were using airtel broadband for past 2 years... waiting for

your reply
