No Broadband installation, inspite of payment 10 days back

Dear Sir,

I applied for a new broadband connection in Greater Kailash 1, New Delhi. I paid up the installation charges, Rec No. 778686 on 25th August. I have not received any calls for installation. The person who came for payments does not even bother to pick up my calls.

Can you please tell me what should I be doing regarding this?
