Not converting airtel broadband scheme

i am Sunil gupta and i have unlimited broadband connection of Rs. 799. On 2nd Nov i had requested to change my plan to Rs. 649 but till this date my plan has not been changed. so i request you to please look into the matter as soon as possible.
