This is mukul from noida. I have a problem from Airtel Broadband. I m going to tell every thing. One day there was a call for me from Airtel Executive, He ask me, Sir are you intrested to have a internet connection, I say yes. after some time again a call and that executive says, Sir i m sendind an executive to your home plz provide some documents to that one. I dont have my current address so he chargs 200 Rs. and say we will arrange rent aggrement for you in 24 hours and also give their conct no. But no Response after that day till now, He is not picking the call and he has changed his phone number. Whats going on and this will not create a good image of Airtel. That Executive have spoiled the goodwill of Airtel. This is not good. Name of that executive is Sharad ranjan, and I have all that documents given by that executive includind all receipt. It's up to Airtel and It's honesty what action Airtel wish to take.
