I called up the Airtel Broadband customer care to get a new connection. The Execuitve did asked me all the details and said that you will recieve a call with in 48 hrs. After 48 hrs I did again called customer care and asked what happened, he said it is in progress and you will be again contacted till tommorow evening. but now its almost a week and there is no iformation from there side.
This is the customer service I am getting from Airtel, I donot know whom to contact and what is the excalation level.
