No connection

My broadband connection was shifted from one DP to another.

i was told that my connection will start as soon as it will be shifted... its 3 days but there is no connectivity in my connection...

this is ridiculous ..i have suffered a lot due this problem ..now i am thinking to drop this coonection..

and i have faced a loss also by not having connectivity..this places a very bad impression on cunsumer... and will also suggest people not to go for this connection...
