I have your broadband connection on 020-40789989 .i called your cust care on last monday, on that day i spend my 20 minuts with your agent from retention department, he committe me a retention pack of rs. 399 which is of 256kb speed unlimited and free 100 rs call, your agent said this package will activate within working 2 days. when i called cust care on wednessday your agent named "marshal" says your order get rejected due to plan is not available in pune. I WANTED THAT COMMITTED RETENTION PACK.
