Not Collecting Payment Cheque after So many Request Submitted and Barred the SERVICE

I have Broad Band Connection Number.

For the Bill of July 08 ; To collect the cheque I made so many Phone call (3 times) to Customer Care and submit requests to collect the cheque from my office address at Airtel, C-24 Sec-59 NOIDA,

After submitting so many requests No one Approached to me to collect it and Above all my Service is barred.

Customer Care fellows HARASSED mentally myself and my Family by making so many calls at the home on same Number that payment is not made.

WHILE I had submitted the request already.(304 times)

After All These Exercise my SERVICE IS BARRED on 27 July 08.

I'm surprised the way AIRTEL is dealing with customers.

Today, at 5.06 pm I approached at Customer Care Number 0120 4444555, that fellow Told me that those calls might be from Collection Center. He did not provide phone number for the same ALSO Disconnected the Phone without completing or Taking Address for Cheque collection (Ref Number:-11036718). His Behaviour was not at all acceptable. They speak only one like in a good manner i.e."How may I assist you" the very second like was so rude.

Dear I'm really feeling sorry that i have taken AIRTEL connection.
