Hi,

I want to shift my existing Airtel Broadband & landLine to my new residence.

So, I logged a request on 5th of September.

Request was to disconnect the existing line by 24th of Sep 2008 from old premises and to reconnect it on 26th of Sep 2008.

27/09/08 / 1:00pm / Reference #: 4489247 / Spoke to Anand

29/09/08 / 1:55 p.m / Received call from Karunanidhi, stating that, there is no Internet connection in the area.

29/09/08 / 2:15 p.m / I Called Mr. Ramkee (044-42100433) To inform the Status.

29/09/08 / 2:25 p.m / Spoke to Venkat In Customer Care / 044-44724955

29/09/08 / 2:17 p.m / Received a message from Ramkee / Would Call me by 4:00p.m

29/09/08 / 4:16 p.m / Sent Message to Ramkee, asking wat happened?

29/09/08 / 4:16 p.m / Sent Message to Ramkee, asking wat happened?

29/09/08 / 4:18 p.m / Received a message asking for 20 more minutes

29/09/08 / 5:00 p.m / No Status upto now.

29/09/08 / 5:45 p.m / Ramkee Called me up (Reference #: 42100433) and said, there is no connectivity to the place. More Over he told me that, he will do something by the next day afternoon 12:30

I think, you can know, how worst is the Airtel.

I lost my client, I lost my mental stability, Mental pressure, Money loss.

What is Airtel going to do for this? This is not a simple issue...

Not even a single bill, I had paid less...

From the Call history with the Airtel customer care, They can know, how much, am stressed.

Please, do something for this. I never need any person to be cheated by Airtel here after...

They made me trusted, that, I will get connection and now they saying, they can't.. After they itself committed, they can...
