The company is unable to resolve basic connectivity related issues and fulfill service agreement terms and conditions. My 128kbps connection is highly "discontinuous" and hardly ever "connected" for more than half an hour at a stretch... this is apart from the fact that the speed is nowhere close to 128kbps (as promised) at most times!!
Over and above that, the customer service engineers are incompetent and impolite / rude as well!
