Airtel Broadband connection

Hi I have applied for the broadband connection on 9th January. Ny application number is 163083.

I have called airtel couple of times but still no reponse is avaialable. Mt compliant number is 15869876.

The person resposnible for providing broadband in Indiranagar is Suresh -- 9741350019. I am calling this person from airtel atleats 10 times a day but he is not picking uo the call.

I have paid refundable deposit Rs. 500 and installation amount Rs. 500/- but even this has not been returned.
