I have a broad band airtel connection through the phone no. 0821 24262627. Last 10 days the internet is not working. I have complained to your Mysore office. Your executives coming everyday with some other computer technicians. The result is blaming each other. From 20th onwards they trapped me inside the house by giving promises that this technician - that technicians will come within one hour - 30 minutes like that like that. I am fed up with your service. I am so sorry to inform that from 20th Sept. onwards they are trying their level best to waste their time and our time in the name of repair. I believe they studying on our head. I can set right the complaint with in two hours if I take it outside. It forcing me to stop the relationship with airtel and search for some sensible people. I am trying to solve the problem like this way also. Hope a positive reaction from your side.
