Dear Sir
I have called airtel office 5 moths back with a request to surrender my landline connection which they said will be done after i clear my dues, i complied with the same and next month again i received bill on calling them again they again promised to disconnect my connection after paying the second bill which also did not happened, Finally they send me a mail after i wrote to them about disconnection, but now their telecaller Mr. Rajesh is giving threatining calls to me and upon telling him not to misbehave he says that I misbehave. Please advice as to further course of action
