Airtel/Broadband connection
Poor Service

Hi,

I had requsted for broadband connection (bangalore) one year back. I received a feedback that the connection could not be installed as there is no availablity at my residence. After one year I again request for connection this time also I receive the same answer. There is Airtel- Broadband connection just 100 meters from my residence, I dont understand what is the problem in extending the connection. The customer executive's answer was he needs permission. I wonder what kind of service is this!!
