Shocked by Airtel Service

Hi,

I decided to take airtel broadband internet connection at my home and called their customer care center. And after calling them immediately they responded with nice behaviour and after a few mins one of their executive (Rajesh Amathi) called and asked for suitable time to visit my place. In that very evening he visited my room and after all the deiscussion he took Rs 2000 for the connection on 12th Oct.he gave me doc ref number :231871 .And he told me that I would get the connection with in 3 working days (MAX). After one day I got verifiaction call from Airtel.

But When I did not get any further call from Airtel I called Airtel CC again and As per Airtel CC the maximum no of lines provided by the DP [delivery point] at our location exceeded the limit. So I can not get the connection.

So Iasked for my 2000 RS back and they told me that I will get it after 7-15 days.

My point of concern is that if I'm not provided the connection then it is useless to stack my 2000 rs to their account. They should have proper info about their own capacity before wasting others time and money. Now I can not opt for other internet provider untill I got my money back.
