I am a home user with limited hours utility. Suddenly last month bill was around Rs.2500/-. I made the payment. After 20 days one madam called and informed that the bill for November is around Rs.4000/- In another five days I got an SMS that the bill payable on 26 th November is Rs.6316/- which is not acceptable. I need airtel authorities to recast the bill. Other wise I will be surrendering the Broad band and object to the bill also.
