I am holding an Airtel Broadband Internet connection for nearly 2 years. In January, I have asked them to switch my connection from 999 scheme to 799 scheme. I was under an impression the plan has been changed but it didnt get reflected in February Bill.

Checked with Customer Support and the response was they didnt get any request regarding this so far. This was told to me by their Customer Support executive named Jayashree, for now atleast she has raised a request with no 17474066. Have to wait and see how far it works.

II have raised my request to Airtel representative (Jamanna 9972994602) twice for the scheme to be changed.
