We realized that Airtel Representative have given us Wrong Broadband Package when we received customer call informing broadband usage for 3-4 days costing around 10 K . We requested for Unlimited Broadband Connection and not for Limited Broadband for which excess charges are applicable if it exceed the Limit. Defintely Something have gone wrong at first place. This is fault of Airtel Representative who have not listened properly. We are suffering because of this.
Second Incident after registering complaint at L1 support, Call Center Representative changed our plan to Unlimited and promised/commited to adjust the bill in next billing cycle. But again we've been cheated. Plan changed but AMOUNT still there.
In short, there have been lot of history generated during followup with this issue from April, and It created massive emotion among my family when Airtel Retention Department, Okhla (several call from Rajeev Tel No. 01143552824) behaved in Abusive Manner and Humilated my family. They started judging us as FRUAD but we paid the BILL FULL in everytime untill this issue popped up. How dare he can say like this?
During this period, there have been lot of calls registered and closed without contacting me and without my consent. As I'm out of India, I requested them to give the No to contact them directly if they dont have facility to call ISD. Or Else wait until I am back to India at end of this month.
My earnest request to please have patience, MONEY might be MORE important for you than Person's Emotion and Respect. But Please charge fairly after communicating to me and not to my Family as Airtel have already cheated them by giving wrong Package and again after giving false committing for adjusting the bill.
