I have been trying to register myself on your site for the last one & half months and seeking for ID & passward, so that I may know my pulses and other expenses or internet consumptions etc and for that purpose I made calls on 121 customer care and explained the entire story that when I wanted to register myself on your then there was an error or shown a massage that your registration is incomplete but there was nothing like this. after receving/attending my calls your representatives replied me that you need not to register yourself becuase we will register you and you just give us some information then I gave all necessary information as they demanded but all in vain. I also tried too much myself to register myself but could not be completed.
I further requested you that during using internet broadband some errors come and intruppted my enjoyable moments and some times I was on my professional site i.e. High Court Site and wanted to see the cause list of High Court during that time I am also suffering from unnecessary errors.
It is further submitted that during that days a representative came at my home and made a call me that he is from your company and he had to resolve the problem before 1.30 p.m. and at that time I was in court room and he requested to attend a call from chandigarh office that the problem has been resolved and he assured that he will come and see the problem after that he never came to my home at reasonable times nor he called me for the said problems
Now I am requsting you to provide me ID and passward of my connection so that i can utilize your services for which you are knwon to.
So please look into the matter and take appropiate action to provide me valuable services and untruppted services.
