I was a User of Airtel Brod band connection. Fisrt I was using 128 kbps unlimited plan, but after 1 or 2 months I got a call from Airtel for a upgradation. They offered me 777 plan which is 2mbps speed with 4gb free usage. Generaly I use to sit at my office from 12:30 PM to 1:30 AM (near about 13hrs) But when I got the monthly bill it was more than Rs 5500/-, Which is I think impossible because I generaly use only to check my e-mails like hot mail, orkut & yahoomail that to after 1:30AM for 1 or maximum 2hrs. But in the bill most of the usage timing are between 7:00pm to 11:00 PM. If I use to stay at my office from 12:30PM to 1:30AM then how can i use my internet during 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM. I asked them for an Explanation for the billing. They told me "We'll provide you shortly" and after that they never called me back. And I didn't pay because I knew that the bill is fake. After that Explanation they didn't told me for the bill & the next month I got another bill where the amount was Rs 11700/-. Again I called them & asked for an explanation because this time they have done same thing. And after my 2nd call they still didn't called my back for that explanation. But 2 days back 23/09 I got a call from some one who called him self as sub inspector Raghubir Singh from Dariyaganj police station. He told Me I have arrest warrant for you, as I was completely unaware of this I asked for the reason. Then he gave me the advocates phone no. I called that person who called him self Neeraj Goel "Advocate told me as You didn't pay the Airtel brodband Bill for that reason Airtel Bharti file a case against you. I explain everything about my problem even that explanation i was asking them. Advocate said Airtel didn't treet you fairly. You can talk to there Legal Adviser Mr Sushil Sharma. I meet Mr Sushil Sharma I asked him for a out of court settlement. I explained him about my problem & I request him to have a look where is problem on my bill. But his behaviour was so rude he told "Its a police case You have to pay whatever the billing amount is, we can't do anything, any how you have to pay right now. I request him that I can give you 2 post dated cheque for two different months that I can servive in Noida at least" At that time I was scared about police so I gave him a post dated cheque of Rs8000/- for 30/09. But at afternoon by 4:00 or 5:00PM I came to know some one from Airtel that the police officer who called me that advocate all are fake. They all are airtel employes and its there procedure of collection. Only for them my mental status was so bad i didn't concentrate on my work also. Then I made a request to my Bank for stop payment of my cheque, because they want to collect there money in a worng way. I have asked them for an explanation which they didn't gave. Airtel are cheating there customers. Airtel want to make money with fraud billing & cheating there customers. Now I want you to help me.
