Delay in converting Pre-Paid to Post-Paid

Hello,

I have applied for converting my Pre-Paid card to Post-Paid Card on 24/10. Since then i am not getting any response from them, even i have paid Rs 500 as a Security Deposit. Today (04/11) they have disconnected my Pre-Paid Connection also. Neither i can make any calls nor i can receive. Which is hampering my business alot.
