Data card not working

I have taken a data card of airtel for betterment of my profession but it cheat me. they have no speed of broad band. I have complained several times but there are no response taken by executives. so i just stopped the paying of bill but they still sending it to me. if they will not take any stringent step then i will go to the consumer forum.
