My phone number is 9789465758.I have used airtellive and there is no charge for using but there is cost for downloading. I not yet given request to download. But they charged me Rs.199 and then I phoned to customer care that day itself (31.10.2008) i complained to them.they said that u have downloaded an game and two wallpapers. Then i said i have not yet downloaded, then he saidi will send feedback.then (2.11.2008) they send same msg. I replied that not satisfy with this. Then again i called in 6.11.2008. they said same matter but i said i want replacemant amount and they rejected replacement.
