Amount Debited Automatically

Airtel has debited Rs.99 from my account without any reasons. I got a message saying that I have been subscribed to some service on Airtel Live & they charged Rs.99.When I complained to the customer care people, they say they can't do anything. Need to find a solution for this & also penalise Airtel for cheating people.
