I am a subscriber of Bharti AirTel for last 3 to 4 years. My Airtel number is 9725289166 (Using this SIM for last one year). I`m happy with your service in the past.
I had made a wrong e-recharge for Rs440/- on mobile no. 9725279166 instead of 9725289166 on 14.11. around 1.10PM TXID: 48265928. Since friday (14th Nov) my retail shop person trying to retrieve the amount from the SIM-9725279166 (which we made it wrong) through his distributor & also through your airtel personnel. Then we came to know that the no. which we had made wrong recharge is not yet activated and your personnel informed that your system facing problem for retrieving money from deactivated SIM. Onething I could`t understand how your system accepting recharge for the SIM card which is not yet activated.
On 17th Nov-08, I personally had a talk with ur customer care person to sort the problem (ref no.2036554824). As advised by your customer care person, I went to airtel office, Alkapuri, Vadodara on 18th Nov-08 around 7PM. Your personnel had informed that the problem can be sorted out only through retail shop person/distributor. I`m very disappointed with the kind of answer & service provided by the Airtel.
Please take up this issue at top priority. Appreciate your prompt response and action.
