Unsucessful Recharge Money not Credited to Account

I have an Airtel Prepaid connection and recharged for Rs.999/- on 17th November through internet. The recharge was not sucessfull and the same amount has been debited from my account..I enquired to Customer service & they told that the amount will be credited to my account 48hrs.but nothing done.
