I am trying to create friends group from last 15 days... and it is continuously giving the msg as application down and server down. its shameful on ur part to provide such disgraceful service to customers. and i have called 100 times and requested customer service people to please look into this matter, but they reply saying they are helpless. then who the hell is going to look into this matter...??? if i do not get my service properly, i will be forwarding the complain to consumer court...!!
please look into this matter as soon as possible, as i dont want to waste my time anymore with ur bloody service.
