Deactivation of Airtel FriendzChat Service

I am having a post paid airtel connection 9810274320. I had never subscribed Airtel FriendzChat service but received a message "Congrats, U are now subscribed to Airtel FriendzChat for Rs.30/mnth. Ur Chatid is 7560753. I made a complaint at customer care no. 198 and was advised to dial 51010 to deactivate the said paid service but at this number, no call can be made.

I would like to deactivate the aforesaid service immediately and there is a request with Airtel not to add the said subscription fee of Rs. 30/- in my forthcoming bill.
