Not received service settings

I have activated gprs on my mobile (no.-9096781792) by sending sms GPRSACT to 511.then i have send MO to 52567 but i have still not received the service settings.

Now i can use internet only for about 15 minutes since 15 rupees are getting deducted from my account balance.

please send service settings as early as possible.
