No resolution has been sought despite of me complaining on 121. As per the instructions given by the voice message i had submitted my id and address proof details along with a fresh filled form to that same shop from where i took the connection. For my id proof i have submitted my pan card photocopy which includes my photograph and for address proof submitted a photocopy of a press card that i own. But no action has been taken yet. The day they had terminated all my services i had a talktime of Rs. 300. This is really very irritating and bothersome that after complete three months of smooth functioning now they have an issue over the id and address proof. Being a harrassed customer i would advice people not to take airtel connection due to inefficacy in providing their timely services and would be more than happy if i could convince a 100 people not to take airtel connection.
