Denying change of billing scheme

SR Ref. No. 19313341 was lodged at Airtel Customer Care & was also confirmed by their call centre.

SR was to change billing from Alexander - Hi to Alexander - Full Value. Now Co.'s some rep. has called & denying new scheme.

This kind of irresponsibilities should be avoided by the co. That to also to a long time client.

We lost time running after the co. & addl. billing for last one month. Otherwise, we would have changed the service provider by this time.
