Arrogant Misbehaviour of Customer Care Executive

I called 121 for some doubts about the lowest call charges to clear, as yest too I had called them, but I came to know from one of my friend there are other offers too. when i called i.e., 24/11 reg some prepaid plan, the way the customer care executive spoke was why are you calling again and again, is this they way they behave, if we call to clear abou the doubts when i asked his name he told that Nagaraj from airtel bangalore... we being customers before recharging we need to confirm, u need to provide details properly as many times possible that is called customer care not to speak in arrogan manner...
