I issued cheque on 11.11.2008 through ICICI bank for airtel landline bill, they withdrawn the money on 14.11. i have proof from icici bank statement even from Airtel customer care manager also.

Airtel customer care manager asked Apology orally, it happens due to mistake in accounts department. But still mental torchar from customer care service every day and not cleared in bill also.
