Iressponsible Cutomer Care as well service

I am not able to make any call to any BSNL Land Line number from my Airtel Number for past 5 days.

and Airtel, Customer care answer is, they are looking into this, and they will resolve ASAP..

i dont know? the meaning of ASAP (as soon as possbile) of Airtel. will this be endless or in months or in year...

Airtel representative call n-time, when you will make one day late payment of your bill...

and when u will get problem in connection... forget abt call from customer care... whenever they attend call, they will say, server is not UP so they cant see the update...

or answer will ASAP...

Airtel, please get up and sometime, give service to the user also...
