I am an Airtel customer since last five years (too loyal, I think).
I have been usinf erecharging service and was satisfied with it.
On 8/11 I got my E recharge from K.K communication, university
market, Kurukshetra university, kurukshetra for an amount of Rs.333/-at
about 6pm. He used one of his three numbers 9896205000, 9896018300 and
9896041800.He told me the Erecharge has been done. I was not carrying
my mobile at that time. when i checked my mobile I found that no E
recharge has been done.
When I talked to the person at K K Communication he was not much
forthcoming. He told me he has no ways to confirm what has gone wrong. I
asked him as we have the date and approx time it will be posasible to
get the records from Airtel and confirm what has goine wrong. Nothing
has materialized till now.
I have paid the money and I want amount credited to my account. What
way you can help me, please let me know.
