I had got prepaid airtel connection no. 9872377107 about two years back. I however didn't use this number for about six months. There still exists validity and balance in my account. I have been approaching the local airtel office "Pacific" situated at Leela Bhawan. After full week's efforts I have now been told today that my number has been closed without informing me. Even the "Pacific" are surprised at it and donot know the solution. Isn't it cheating?
