Airtel Customer care sucks

I have lost my airtel prepaid number. when i lost it, its balance was 381/-(INR). I complained to airtel customer care immediately after loosing it. Guy over phone told me, sir your Sim will be blocked within 4hrs. but i tried my phone after 24hrs, by that time my sim was activate, and person who was using it, kept doing the calls. i asked them who will be responsible if my number is misused then they told we do not know sir. Go to the airtel office and get one duplicate sim, then only your number will be disconnected.. i did the same, but at airtel office (lajpat nagar). first of all they don't have manners to talk. they treat customers as "Dog". and they told we don't have duplicate sim, come after 2 days. so even after 24hrs, they were not able to block my Sim. and they are not ready to help u for anything. Now after 3 days i got duplicate sim, but its been 24hrs, i have taken the Sim, and yet its not activated. so airtel services seems to be very poor these days. As i am using this airtel number from past two years, i am v much hurtled with airtel services. i suggest to everyone. please avoid airtel connections, and if u wanna take, then forget that you will get any help from airtel customer care.
