Extremely poor response

I have been a postpaid mobile user of airtel for last 15 months, for the last six months they have activated various alert services without my consent and are not responding even after end number of requests.i have called them, mailed them, filled a complain even at their outlet and have mailed it to their nodal officer, but all in vain.they are regularly charging me for those services. I am also registered customer of their DND services, but still receiving various promotional messages.
