Without activating Airtel live deducted Rs.198/- from my cell no. 9987160756

Dear Sir/Madam,

On 04.01.2009 Rs.198/- have been deducted from my mobile no. 9987160756 without activating Airtel live. On 05.01.2009 I have talked with your customer case exectives and they checked my prepaid mobile account and agreed to refund Rs.198/-.

I request you to do the needful and trust Airtel will live long with their quick and accurate services.
