On 2`nd january09, with transaction id-179865397.the service provider has given me 10 rs talk time for rs 110/-value, is it justifying???
On my "friends scheme" prepaid card numb-9975411986., when Quotient to costumer care they gave unsatisfactory answer.
My question is "when the scheme of such recharge is not available how come there server accepts the recharge proposal of rs 110 and give re 10 talk time? it should have given message "recharge unsuccessful"
unnecessarily i lost my 100 rs.so and planing or further action.
server needs to be programmed for this type situations.
