Ill not recieved yet & not able to access portal

I am using airtel mobile connection i had registered for ebill facility but neither i got my bill at my email nor i had got the hard copy customer care people says that they will charge Rs50 for the duplicate bill. they have provided me password twice but neither of them work in airtel portal.
