I took an AIRTEL Pre-Paid Life Time Mobile Connection on 13th January having No.9199200442 from Patna [Navin Enterprises, Exhibition Road Patna] and got it power charged by Rs.49/- on 16-01-09 so that my call rates to other mobiles is @50 paise per minute. A couple of calls were charged at this rate but after that the balance of my account is reducing @Re.1/- per call to local mobiles.
I contacted a local AIRTEL dealer and I was shocked to learn from him that this type of CHEATING is rampant in AIRTEL and I am not the only one who is facing this. I could not find any Call centre option which deals with this complaint.
What is the remeady?? Is Consumer forum the only option.? Please advice... [email protected]
