Did not Block the SIM, requested 3 times, suspiscious usage

Dear Sir/Madam,

I want to file a complaint against Airtel (Rajasthan) in lieu of case that my phone went missing on 16th January & despite making frantic calls to the Customer Care number & requesting them "thrice" to block the SIM to avoid wrongful usage of the missing phone they dint take the requisite action.

Time & again, I was assured by three different agents (one of them was Sumit Jain c/o Airtel Rajasthan) that my SIM will be blocked with in 30 minutes but was not done so.

Due to this negligency of the company I have incurred huge bill due to usage of my Phone & SIM by some suspiscious person.

I also have reported FIR of lost phone & have copy of FIR & bill which holds the record of my efforts taken to avoid misuse of my phone.

I want to write a plea to consumer court to help me get justice against this case & help me to save myself from the hefty bill of service usage which were not even used by me,
