I am a prepaid customer of Airtel. Before six month back i recharge my account for an amount of Rs.299 to access GPRS but i am not able to access the same in the next month i also recharge the same to access it but there is same thing. After several request and after depositing the 3 rd month amount i got the setting and access internet.in this connection i would say that Bharti Airtel is extracting mony from its customers. In the fourth month I will pay Rs. - for acessing internet and after that i disconnect that GPRS sevice from my phone and stop recharging for GPRS.After that in every 15 days i have got one masage from airtel that your subsciption for yahoo Zone will be renewed with in 2 days. You will be charged Rs.10 /- for this sevice. I will pay for such a service that i never use. The customer care service 121 of air tel never receive any complain from its customers what i tried for several times. My Mobile No is 9938363710
