I would like to drove kind attention of M/s bharti airtel that their bhiwandi city relationship center is a palace of scam . even the executives behave there like they are the don of the city. last month
my card had been blocked and i visited the center for a new one but they asked for the document and i provided them so, (being an airtel user for last consecutive four years) but then then also they were not providing me a new sim, when i insisted on it they started to fight with me. the next day i again went there as i had no option to retrieve
my cellular service back, there were two person named nirav shah & sandeep patel were sitting idle talking on their mobile for an hour then after a hour and a half they provided me a sim.
i would like to ask airtel services that is this kind of service they are providing and is this kind of employes are maintained by airtel??
take a action against this center as soon as possible
